The digital environment is a key part of the cultural sector. But making content available online - even when it is openly available for reuse - does not mean that we are finished. To understand if we create value through the provision and reuse of cultural data it is necessary to understand how our work has an impact on the society in which we live.

What are the challenges that we must face to implement an effective impact assessment that helps us to learn more about our impact and to create even more impact in the future?

During this informal trouble-shooting (Q&A) session, you can ask all the questions you ever wanted to ask about impact, and speakers will do their best to answer them with concrete examples, explaining the opportunities and challenges encountered and how they were faced.

In this way the session aims to stimulate you not only to adopt and adapt the Impact Playbook approach for your own contexts, but, at the same time, to encourage you to become “impact ambassadors” at local and national levels.
