3D digitisation allows us to create accurate virtual reconstructions of historical sites. In this workshop, Catherine Cassidy (University of St Andrews) and Daniel Pletinckx (Visual Dimension) will demonstrate how you can use virtual worlds as interactive storytelling tools. They will discuss ways of bringing sites and museum objects to life while setting a story and the 3D reconstruction in its wider historical context.
During the workshop you will have opportunities for questions and will be guided through exercises focussing on how you can use 3D for storytelling.
